Making this was very easy and fun! though it would have been even better if i had realized that I had dough hooks before making it! :p The pizza turned out amazing! I would also recommend before cooking adding some salt and powdered garlic to the crust, it makes it that much better!
What you will need.
Add yeast to the water and let sit for 5 mins.. This is what it should look like.
Then add the salt.
Mix in flour.. I used a wooden spoon because i didn't know that i had dough hooks -_- But if you have them this is where they come in! :)
After you have added all of the flour leave dough in bowl and let rise till it's doubled in size.. That should take around 1 hour.
*I also make a few batches of this dough and freeze it. I take it out in the morning when I want to make it for dinner and let it thaw on the counter or put it in the fridge the night before. Make sure that it comes to room temperature before you roll it out.*
